PST

I purchased two pillows from Interwood Direct for my parents. The compnay decided to charge PST on my purchased even the product is being ship directly to Alberta. They insist that the PST is to be charged based on billing address. I disagree since I done the same thing at Canadian Tire before and they didn't charge me PST. Just to be sure, I called the Province and they said I am right.
